The Innovation Week is the largest annual event in support of innovations in the Czech Republic. The Innovation Week Czech Republic 2018 kicked-off with the main event on Monday 14 May, 2018 in a top local venue Forum Karlin in Prague. Until Sunday 20 May, 2018, more than 110 accompanying events were held across the Czech Republic.

For three years, this project has been organized by European Leadership & Academic Institute (ELAI) seated in Prague. Our company was involved in the production of the international conference and the trade show in Forum Karlín.

Special guest: Sophia the Robot, designed and created by Hanson Robotics Ltd. is the most advanced humanoid robot, the first UN Innovation Champion and first robot ever to have been granted a citizenship.

International conference

Inspiring ideas for corporate and professional growth were presented by the representatives of innovative firms from the USA, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Israel, Holland, Sweden and the Czech Republic.

Innovative trade show with workshops

International innovative hits were presented, e.g., lit plants by the Dutch startup Living Lights, or  a robotic skeleton by the Israeli startup ReWalk, which was tried out by the American president Barack Obama. It was possible to have a drink made by a robotic bar, to see with your own eyes the most elegant e-cars in the market, or to experience the most accurate virtual reality. Visitors could collect new contacts as well as suppliers of innovative services and products, and – last but not least -attend workshops on innovations.
